Lets-Drive UK Terms and Conditions

Our aim is to ensure your experience with Lets-Drive is a happy rewarding one. For this to be achieved it is vital that our guidelines are adhered to

Please be punctual for your driving lessons, as it may not be possible to make up the time at the end of your lesson
If you need to cancel your lesson, the cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the lesson is due to commence. Lessons cancelled after this time will be charged for, as your instructor will have insufficient time to fill the cancelled slot
All lessons must be paid for in advance or at the time of the lesson (Believe it or not! there have been occasions when students have come to the end of the lesson and said "Oh sorry, I have forgotten the money, can I pay next week" THIS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE
The practical driving test requires a 2 hour lesson - 1 hour tuition prior to the test and 1 hour to complete the test
Please do not book your driving test before first confirming with your instructor of their availability
Practical driving tests are subject to the 24 hour cancellation policy (should the test be cancelled at the last minute by the Driving test centre, the test candidate can reclaim out of pocket expences back from the centre
Payment is accepted by way of bank transfer or cash any other form of payment is subject to prior agreement by your instructor
Block booking of lessons must be completed within a 6 month period as refunds will not be issued after this period
